What is Leadership Fayette?
Leadership Fayette is an immersive, transformational learning experience in a cohort setting that features monthly interactive workshops with regional business/industry leaders. These day-long, monthly experiences will be held in the Fayette County business/industry locations with a facility tour and interaction with managers as part of the agenda
Time Line
The program begins in September of 2025 and continues until May of 2026. Topics will include leadership styles/strengths, ethics, networking, branding, leading/adapting to change, corporate culture, and local government.
Personal Leadership Development Features
- Facilitators lead collaborative sessions using real business, industry, and community situations, challenges, and opportunities.
- Sessions are included to provide cohort participants networking opportunities with leaders and community business/industry members.
- A diverse cohort enhances understanding of differing perspectives and problem-solving techniques.
- CEU Credits will be awarded to participants completing the program from Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus.
